U.S. Customs and Boarder Protection (CBP) has stated that as of September 29, 2012, Carriers and NVOCCs will no longer be able to file electronic Ocean Manifests to the Automated Manifest System (AMS). The Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) will become the system of record for all Manifest Filings.

Effective Aug 28 2012, we have successfully migrated from AMS system to ACE system.
